NHK World’s online program J-trip Japan released on November 6 is covering Ishigaki and surrounding islands with recommendations to travellers from overseas. Topics include experiencing traditional Okinawan small boats (sabani), star-gazing excursion reflecting the night skies to Ishigaki folklore songs as well as introductions on Taketomi Island and on a Pinasara waterfall tour in Iriomote island.
